Course Outline:

Lesson 1: Course Intro

Welcome to AI Prompting Essentials! In this module, you'll discover how artificial intelligence can transform the way you work and learn how this course is structured to help you build practical skills step by step. You'll also complete a short self-assessment and set clear goals for your learning journey.

Lesson 2: Foundations of AI Prompting

Lay the groundwork for using AI confidently and effectively at work. This module explores how to identify tasks where AI adds the most value, select the right tools for each situation, and understand key risks and security guidelines to ensure ethical, professional use of workplace AI. You'll gain the foundational knowledge needed to approach AI with both safety and impact in mind.

Lesson 3: AI Prompting Basics

Learn how to create effective two-way conversations with AI tools by mastering the basics of prompt writing, adding context, and assessing the output you receive from AI chatbots. Through hands-on activities, you'll practice refining your prompts, identifying potential errors or biases in AI responses, and building skills to get more accurate, useful results every time.

Lesson 4: Advanced AI Prompting Skills

Push your skills further by learning to automate routine tasks and design end-to-end workflows using advanced AI features. In this module, you'll explore project-based AI applications, efficient prompt templates, and the use of AI agents while also examining when and how humans should remain part of the automation process.
